Who we are

These terms apply to services provided by Fair Air Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a licensed Florida contractor (FL License #CAC1824294) serving South Florida. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide residential and commercial air duct cleaning, AC system cleaning, duct coating and sealing, and dryer vent cleaning. Every job includes before-and-after documentation, and our technicians follow our no-rush, shoe-cover, treat-your-home-like-ours standards.

Quotes and pricing

Inspections and quotes are free. A quote is an estimate based on what we can see and what you tell us; the final price is confirmed with you before work begins, and we never start work you haven't approved. Prices may change if the scope of work changes once we're on site — we'll always tell you first.

Booking and cancellation

When you book, we'll confirm your day and arrival window. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just call or text us at (954) 687-9356 as early as you can — we understand life happens. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Payment

We accept credit cards, Zelle, checks, and ACH transfers. Financing options, including 0% APR plans, may be available — ask us for details. Payment is due when the work is completed to your satisfaction, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under Florida law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here is the current one.
